We will respond to all e-mails within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that although we update this website regularly we cannot always guarantee availability and all wines listed are offered subject to remaining unsold.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

1.Prices

Unless shown otherwise, prices on this site are:

Per CASE or BTS (bottle) as indicated *
Exclusive of V.A.T. and duty *
Exclusive of delivery charges lying under bond London City Bond *

2. Payment

Payment is due on invoice and may be made by bank transfer or U.K. cheque (allow 5 working days for cheques to clear).

We accept debit card payments free of charge whilst credit card payment carry a 2% surcharge.
Approved UK trade accounts must be paid by 30 days from release of goods.
Overseas accounts must be paid upon release to export shipper and before the release for shipment.  
Overdue sums carry interest from the date when payment becomes due at 5% per annum above the base rate of HSBC Bank PLC.

3. Title

All wines sold are the property of Falcon Vintners Ltd until paid in full.

4. Storage

Please note that Falcon Vintners Ltd do not hold stocks at our office address. Our warehouse details are as follows:

We can offer storage for clients at £7 per case ex VAT per calendar year. This rate also includes insurance.

5. Delivery & Acceptance

You undertake to inspect all goods when collecting or immediately on delivery and to notify ourselves or our carrier of any shortage or damage or other deficiency. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfying your order three days after collection/delivery, and thereafter will not be entitled to reject wines for any reason.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
